After 50 years in estate agency, it’s time for me to hang up my clipboard and take a change of direction. As at the end of 2024 I am not taking on any new work.
I’ve taken the decision to semi-retire and wrap up my agency practice and you will see that 7 Hare & Billet Road is now rebranded as Steeple Homes for some personal projects.
I have very much enjoyed establishing and expanding my business across residential, lettings and commercial and have been fortunate to work with some great people along the way to make this a success.
Thank you to everyone who has been involved with the succcess of the organisation over the years.

We covered the whole of South East London and North West Kent – including the London boroughs of Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley, Bromley and Southwark, as well as Docklands to the north and Dartford to the south.
